Cellar Rat Private Transportation services are best for those who want to create and control their entire day. Riding with the Rat means you’ll have privacy, comfort and control in our Ford Expedition or our Ford Transit passenger van with easy access in and out.

Inclusions & Exclusions
Transportation – We have 2 vehicles in our fleet:
- Ford Transit Passenger van with seating up to 11, plus ample cargo space
- Ford Expedition with seating up to 6 guests
Private – We reserve the vehicle for you the entire day and we stay with you along the way. No sharing with others or waiting for our return.
Flexibility – Once you reach our 4 hour minimum, the world is your oyster. No rushing to beat the clock. We reserve the vehicle for you the entire day so you can play things by ear.
Access – You’ll have full access to climate control, music and complimentary bottled water.
Reservation Control – If you choose to use our transportation services instead of a guided tour, all destinations, arrangements, appointments and the schedule are totally up to you. We’re more than happy to lend our insight.
Tasting Fees – Since you will be in control of your appointments and schedule, you will also be responsible for any applicable tasting fees.
Keep ‘Em Closed – Boozin’ while cruisin’ isn’t our style. We DO NOT allow open alcohol while in transit. Our stops have created awesome spaces designed exactly for that any way, duh.
PRICING
Transportation Service
$100/hour (4 hour minimum)
- Book Online: Utilize our online system to secure your space. A convenience fee will be applied to your total when you use this option.
- Call our Guest Concierge: Let us answer any questions, chat through options and set up your day for you.
- Email or Text Us: For availability or general questions, we can always be reached this way. We can also set up your reservation however, calling or booking online are the fastest options.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations made 3 weeks before your service = full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 2 weeks before your service = half deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 1 week before your service = no deposit refund
- We want to ensure that your time with us is a great memory not a fuzzy one.
- We are not a party bus or booze cruise and we cannot allow any open alcohol in the tour vehicles.
- By paying your deposit, you are also confirming you agree and will adhere to our policies and guidelines.
